Zest fusion is set in Spinola bay, located at the first floor of the boutique hotel “Hotel Juliani” and provides great view over the bay. The restaurant is a mixture between West and East in décor and dining.

Restaurant serves Continental and Asian cuisine made by professionals. Menu consists of various meals from Indonesia noodles, Japanese Beef Teppanyak, Sushi, Thai Curries to Singaporean seafood Laksas.

Restaurant also offers a healthier option called “Shabu Shabu” which is made up of fish or beef cooked in a hot broth directly at the table. Restaurant has a sushi bar where customers can watch the chef preparing Japanese sushi.
